I’m blogging from Richmond today.  We flew to Vegas for the weekend to see one of my BFFs and her husband.  I’ll tell you a bit about that some other time.  Now it’s time for Travel Tip Tuesday.  This Tuesday, I recommend that you check out the fabulous views from these restaurants:

  1. Asiate, Mandarin Oriental, New York, New York (alt.: drink, snack, or tea in the 35th floor Lobby Lounge)
  2. Ambrosia, Santorini, Greece (tip: reserve a month in advance)
  3. Rossellinis, Ravello, Italy (tip: arrive early)
  4. Le Jules Verne, Paris, France (tip: book in advance)
  5. Baan Rim Pa, Phuket, Thailand
  6. Felix, Peninsula Hotel, Hong Kong
  7. Eagle’s Eye Restaurant, B.C., Canada
  8. Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, Tanzania
  9. Sierra Mar, Big Sur, California
  10. El Tovar Dining Room, Grand Canyon (tip: go for breakfast)
  11. Le Chevre d’Or, Eze, France (tip: reserve at least a month in advance for a summer evening)
