2008 Travelers’ Choice Destination Awards

TripAdvisor just released the 2008 Travelers’ Choice Destination Awards (warning – it’s a PDF).  They’ve listed the top 100 spots around the world and then 25 each in the US, Europe, Asia, South Pacific, Latin America/Caribbean, South America, Africa, and Canada.  Which of these have you visited?
